Makayla

Optical Manager

Makayla is from Washington state and moved to Arizona in 2020 where she promptly joined our team! She has been in the industry since 2017. Initially Makayla started in the eyecare industry as front desk and promptly moved to optometric technician in Idaho. When Makayla joined our team she started her optician career. She loves helping patients find their perfect pair and educating them on what lenses work best for their lifestyle. Makayla is our office manager and will assist you in anything you may need regarding our office. Makayla enjoys hiking, golfing, reading, snow skiing and spending time with her Fiance and dog in her off time.

Lori

Insurance Coordinator


Lori has been with our office for 5 years now. She started in the industry in 2019 as an optometric technician and has been with us since. Lori and her husband have a 3-year-old son and a 1-year-old baby girl. Lori is a great asset to the practice and will assist you with scheduling appointments, answer any questions you may have regarding insurance benefits and ordering your contacts.

Bella

Insurance Coordinator

Bella has been with our practice since February 2022. She is excited to greet you, help you check in, and assist with your insurance benefits or any questions you might have. She has proven to be a very valued employee helping our patients in many ways. In her off-time Bella loves to travel, go to concerts, and spend time with friends and family.

Kathryn

Optometric Technician

Kathryn is one of the optometric technicians at the Arizona Red Mountain Eyecare office. Before starting here, she worked at another eyecare center as a technician and a medical assistant. She aspires to finish her bachelor’s in public health and continue in the medical field. Kathryn served a church mission in Missouri and Arkansas and enjoys many outdoor activities like camping, hiking and paddle boarding.

Lauryn

Optician

Lauryn is one of our opticians and is working towards her certification. Lauryn has a creative side to her and is intrigued with reading books and also writing them! As an aspiring author, Lauryn hopes to one day write a magical book series. In the meantime, she loves working with patients to find the best fit for a frame in style and function, as well as adjust and educate patients on lenses to ensure their custom pair of glasses works for our patients!

Jessica

Optician

Jessica joined our practice in January 2023. Jessica is an Arizona native. She loves the mountains, has a newfound love for reading and has 2 sons who keep her busy! Jessica will greet you with a friendly smile and loves to learn about patients and what they feel most confident in. She will also help you understand your insurance benefits, what lenses work best for you and make sure glasses are properly fit. She is a great asset to our optical team!

Gabriela

Technician

​​​​​​​Originally from Colorado, Gabriela is a newer member of our team at AZ Red Mountain Eyecare. In 2019, she moved to Arizona from Alabama - we're so thrilled to have her! In a previous role, she was a shift lead at Walgreens Pharmacy. She has an interest in graphic design and is hoping to start freelancing soon! In her spare time Gabriela loves to paint, photography and play videogames.

Regine

Billing Coordinator

Regine has been with us since 2022 and has been a biller/medical coder since 2017. She is a mother of three beautiful children and a newlywed. Regine has been a big help with learning the everchanging rules of billing and coding needs. During her time off, she's an espresso connoisseur and enjoys playing at the park with her children.
